Ingredients: Organic and Wildcrafted Herbs; Plantain, Comfrey, Calendula, Yarrow, Lady’s Mantle, Uva Ursi, Lavender, Sage, Rue
How to: How to for Herbal Bath: Bring about 1-2 quarts of water to boil, take off heat, add in about 1 cup (1-2 handfuls of herbal blend) to the pot and cover. Steep herbs for 20-60 minutes. Strain out herbs in bath when ready to soak. Add Epsom salt for some extra love, and more herbs if a stronger bath is desired.
